Driving Directions
If you are coming North on Interstate 71 (from Columbus), proceed to Exit 151 at State Route 95, turn left or go west for about seven (7) miles to the Village of Mt. Gilead. The road will “Y”, stay to the right when coming into Mt. Gilead. The Courthouse is on your right as you approach the Town Square, turn right onto Vine Street, then left on North Street and you’ll see the parking lot on your left. The Courthouse has a clock tower on top and we are located in the basement. If you reach the stoplight in the center of town you have gone approximately one block too far, if this happens turn right at the light, then right again on the first street (North Street) after Bank One.
If you are coming South on Interstate 71 (from Cleveland), proceed to Exit 151 at State Route 95, turn right or go west for about seven (7) miles to the Village of Mt. Gilead. The road will “Y”, stay to the right when coming into Mt. Gilead. The Courthouse is on your right as you approach the Town Square, turn right onto Vine Street, then left on North Street and you’ll see the parking lot on your left. If you are coming South on State Route 42 turn left at the first light proceed to the second stoplight (Town Square) in the Village of Mt. Gilead and turn left. The Courthouse will be on your left approximately one block east of that light. Turn left onto Vine Street, and then left again on North Street and you’ll see the parking lot at your left.
If you are coming South on State Route 61, proceed to the second stoplight (Town Square) in the Village of Mt. Gilead and turn left. The Courthouse will be on your left approximately one block east of that light.
If you are coming West on State Route 95 (Knox) stay to the right at the ”Y” when you get into Mt. Gilead (about 7 miles from Interstate 71) and you will see the Courthouse on your right approximately one (1) block before the first stoplight (Town Square).
If you are coming North on State Route 61, proceed to the second stoplight (Town Square) in the Village of Mt. Gilead and turn right. The Courthouse will be on your left approximately one block east of that light.
If you are coming East on State Route 95 (Marion) proceed into Edison go through the first light and you will go through two more lights and come to a “Y” just after McDonald’s, go left there. Continue to the next stoplight at the Square in downtown Mt. Gilead, go through that light approximately one (1) block. The Courthouse will be on your left.
